Dan Tompkins Henderson Jr., CCIM, MBA, Realtor has been serving the Commercial Real Estate needs of Individual, Corporate / Institutional Real Estate Clients in the Greater Charleston Area for over 30 years.

Dan advises his clients in all aspects of the Real Estate Process, from Concept to Completion. Dan is a native South Carolinian he holds a bachelor’s degree from The University of Kentucky Gatton School of Business an Economics. He earned a master’s degree in Business Administration, from Charleston Southern University and is a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member).

Dan has been recognized as a local leader in the Real Estate Community, having worked for a few Charleston’s leading firms and owning his own firm CCBG Real Estate Group for nearly sixteen years before joining eXp Realty LLC in 2019. Dan has also served on the local Charleston Trident Association of Realtors Board of Directors, President of the Commercial Investment of CTAR. Dan was awarded Commercial Realtor of the Year in 2014 and National Commercial Award for Excellence for the National Association of Realtors. Dan has also served as an Adjunct Professor and Director of the Carter Real Estate Center at the College of Charleston.
